Assisted Bankruptcy Services

Do you need some help with your bankruptcy? If so we can help!

To declare yourself bankrupt you need to complete a bankruptcy petition (6-28 form). This is also known as a “Statement of Affairs” or “Debtors Petition”. This document has around 30 pages of content and will cover many areas in relation to your current situation. You also need to complete an additional two page (6.27) form.

For us, as a company, these documents are quite straightforward- we have completed many petitions for many clients. But when looking at these documents for the first time the paperwork can seem very complex and if not completed correctly will be rejected by the County Court.

We can offer a service that fits in with your requirements. Whether you need us to just complete the forms on your behalf or a full service to include handing your property back and attending Court with you we can help. See below for a list of available services and then give us a call to discuss things.
